I love cuplux. They're always very kind no matter the hour. They also give discounts to Atrium employees which is such a win in this economy!! Thank you for recognizing all the members of the organization because no job inside the medical field is too small. Everything always tastes great!!

If you’re looking for a reliable go-to coffee shop with great flavor and great service, CupLuxe is it. Definitely one of my favorites now. I stopped by the drive thru and grabbed a 16oz iced white mocha with almond milk, and it was a perfect afternoon pick me up as a busy new mom. It’s not overly sweet and the espresso flavor actually comes through without tasting burnt or too much milk. You can definitely taste the attention to quality and consistency with the house made syrups. The service was just as good as the drink even 10 minutes before closing. Everything was quick, friendly, and efficient without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend!

Oh this is a WONDERFUL alternative to the usual Starbucks run. It’s honestly rare for me to try a new coffee spot and not feel like I still need to stop at Starbucks after, but this place delivered. Living in WV, there aren’t many options, so I always look forward to visiting NC for spots like this. I ordered a simple iced caramel latte with oat milk, and it was exquisite. Super nutty, fresh, and creamy while still letting the coffee flavor. First sip was perfection. 🤤 The bagel (sausage, pepper jack, and cheese) wasn’t my favorite, mainly because of the spicy cheese, but it was piping hot and clearly handmade, which made a big difference. If you’re not into spice, I’d definitely recommend swapping out the cheese. Overall, this would easily become one of my daily go-to spots once I move! If you want, I can also make a shorter version for Google or Yelp 👍

I come here almost everyday on my way to work . && have been coming since they very first opened and my coffee always tastes great. Baristas customer service is always nice & welcoming. I’m glad to see that this place is growing.

The is THE BEST coffee shop in Charlotte. Everything is amazing! EVERYTHING! I’ve been coming here for years. Their seasonal drinks are divine. The Biscoff Latte is incredible. So yummy! Go there right now :)
